A question for restorationists.
The chart below details the three main groups and their position on the divinity of Christ:
| Group | Pre-existence? | Jesus on Earth | Deity on Earth? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jehovah's Witnesses | Yes | God's first creation, identified with Michael the Archangel before becoming human | No |
| Seventh-day Adventist Church | Yes | Fully God and fully human | Yes |
| Christadelphians | No | Fully human, miraculously conceived | No |
If Jesus is a deity, how could he cease to exist during the three days between his crucifixion and resurrection?
If Jesus is not a deity, how could he raise himself? Jhn 2:19, Jhn 10:18
The only resolution is if Jesus is fully God, and he never ceased to exist after his crucifixion.
